At Dormio, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

If you want to return contact customer care within 2-3 days from delivery date.

Return accepted only if:-

  1. We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  2. There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
  3. The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.

Other than these, no returns will be accepted and the company is not liable for any minor color and size variations in the product.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it. The customer has to courier the product at their own expense and the company will courier the new product FOC.

Company policy does not allow cash refund.

The Payment Policy can be modified by Dormio at any point of time without prior intimation.
